"We", "us", or "our" refers to PLPS ART GALLERY (Pandit Lallu Prasad Sharma), a marble sculpture business established in 1950, located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. "You" or "customer" refers to any user, visitor, or purchaser of our website. "Products" refer to handcrafted marble sculptures, statues, temples, busts, and related items offered on our website.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
All products displayed on our website are handcrafted marble sculptures made by our master artisans in Jaipur. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, texture, veining, and dimensions may occur. Product images are for representation purposes and the actual product may vary slightly from what is shown.
All orders are subject to availability, confirmation of the order price, and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Prices for our handcrafted marble sculptures are provided on request, as each piece is quoted based on size, marble type, complexity of design, and current material costs. To receive a personalized quote, please submit an enquiry through our contact form or reach out via phone or email. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly mentioned.
We accept payment through bank transfers, credit and debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. For custom orders, a minimum 50 percent advance payment is required to begin production. The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.

We ship our products across India and internationally. Standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days for domestic orders and 15 to 45 business days for international orders, depending on destination and customs clearance.
We use specialized wooden crating and protective packaging to ensure safe delivery of marble products. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the order and will be shown before payment.
Custom marble sculptures are made-to-order based on your specifications including size, marble type, iconography, and design details. Custom orders typically take 30 to 60 days for completion depending on complexity and size. Larger or highly detailed sculptures may take longer.
Once production begins on a custom order, cancellations may not be possible, and advance payments become non-refundable. We provide regular progress updates during the crafting process, including photos and videos where possible.
Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our marble products, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects clearly attributable to our workmanship or wrong product delivered that does not match your order specifications.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for transit damage. Any such damage must be covered exclusively through transit insurance, provided it was purchased by the customer at the time of order. To ensure complete transparency and support any insurance claims, we provide video proof of secure packaging prior to dispatch.
All content on this website including product images, descriptions, text, logos, graphics, and designs is the exclusive property of PLPS ART GALLERY and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Marble is a natural stone with inherent variations. Small color differences, veining patterns, natural inclusions, and minor surface variations are characteristic of natural marble and are not considered defects.
PLPS ART GALLERY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, or internet outages (Force Majeure).
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
