Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly mentioned. We accept payment through bank transfers, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. For custom orders, a minimum 50% advance payment is required.
We ship our products across India and internationally. Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary by destination. We use specialized packaging to ensure safe delivery of marble products. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
Custom marble sculptures are made to order based on your specifications. Custom orders typically take 30-60 days for completion depending on complexity and size. Once production begins on a custom order, cancellations may not be possible. We provide regular progress updates during the crafting process.
Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our marble products, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Please note that we do not offer direct refunds for transit damage; any such damage must be covered exclusively through transit insurance, provided it was purchased by the customer at the time of order. To ensure complete transparency and support any potential insurance claims, we will provide video proof of our secure packaging prior to dispatch.
